Yes. HACCPcheck generates use-by date labels that you print on any compatible label printer. Labels include product name, prep date, use-by date and staff initials. Set your own shelf-life rules per product.

HACCP Basis costs €25/month (or €250/year). Horeca Compleet costs €49/month (or €490/year). All prices are excl. 21% VAT. With a yearly plan you save 2 months.

Invoices are generated automatically each billing cycle and can be downloaded from your account settings. All invoices include VAT and are suitable for your bookkeeping. You receive an email confirmation after each payment.

Each location counts as a separate subscription at your plan price. For example, 3 locations on Horeca Compleet = 3 x €49/month. You get a group dashboard, combined invoices and shared recipes across locations.

HACCPcheck is a web application that works on any device with a modern browser: smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops. It works on iOS (Safari), Android (Chrome), Windows, Mac and Linux. No app store download needed.

HACCPcheck requires an internet connection to sync data. However, if your connection drops briefly while recording, entries are queued locally and synced automatically when connectivity returns.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Servers are located in the EU (Netherlands). We perform daily backups and comply with GDPR. Your data belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time.
